Managing Providers

Create a new provider, edit or delete an existing provider.

Providers are the companies and institutions that provide the F&I products you sell. All F&I products must have at least one provider in order to be sold.

Creating a Provider

1. Under the App Configuration menu, select Providers.

   
2. Select New Provider in the top right corner.

   
3. Enter Provider Name and Sort Order (the position the provider should appear in the list of providers on the deal form). Select the Product(s) that the provider offers from the drop down.

   
4. Select Save.

   

Editing a Provider

1. Under the App Configuration menu, select Providers.

2. Search for the provider you'd like to edit and select the green Edit icon next to their name.

   
3. Make your desired changes. To remove a product from a provider, select the X to the right of the product's name.

   
4. Select Save.

Deleting A Provider

1. Under the App Configuration menu, select Providers.

2. Search for the provider you'd like to edit and select the red trashcan Delete icon next to their name.

   
3. Select Confirm on the Are you sure you want to delete this record? box.
