Sales Log
The Sales Log provides a convenient summary of deals in table form. The Sales Log can be filtered, customized, and even exported.
Using the Sales Log
Quick Filtering
The Sales Log can be quickly filtered using the drop-down inputs at the top. Filters can be removed by selecting Clear Filters.

More Filters
A more extensive filters menu can be reached by selecting the Filters button.

Select the filter field on the left side and enter the values to filter by. Numbers to the right of a field indicate how many values the field is filtered to. Select Apply.

Clear filters by selecting Clear Filters and then Apply.
Column Selection
You can choose which columns to display on the Sales Log. Note these changes are not permanent, and the Sales Log will revert to its default configuration the next time you visit the Sales Log. By default, all columns are displayed.
To choose columns:
Select Columns.

Uncheck columns that you do not want in the Sales Log.

Select Apply.
To clear Column selections, select Reset All and then Apply.
Change the Number of Deals Displayed
To change the number of deals displayed on a Sales Log page, select 10 per page, and choose the number of deals per page to display.

Keep in mind that the greater the number of deals displayed per page, the longer it will take to load.
Exporting the Sales Log
The Sales Log can be exported as an Excel file simply by selecting the Export button.

The export may take a moment if there are many deals to export.
Filters and column selections will apply to the export -- that is, the export will only contain the filtered deals and the columns selected in the Columns pane. The export will contain all of the relevant deals, regardless of how many per page are displayed.
Configuring the Sales Log
Users with Client Admin privileges can customize the Sales Log and decide which fields are included and in what order. Sales Logs can be customizable by Dealer, so that only relevant fields are shown.
Fields that are turned off in the Sales Log Configuration will not be visible to users, even under the Columns heading.
Under App Configuration, select Sales Log.
Select a Dealer from the dropdown to customize the Sales Log for a specific dealer, or leave blank to customize the default Sales Log (how it will appear for dealers that don't have a specific configuration or to users that are associated with multiple dealers).
Toggle fields on or off to include or exclude them from the Sales Log.
Enter the column position number in the field on the right. Enter 1 for the column you want to come first, 2 for the second column, etc.

Select Save.
